The Pleasures of Their Company: An Owner's Guide to Parrot Training
by Bonnie Munro Doane.  A good overview of parrot behavior and training, presented in an interesting to read format.

Guide to a Well-Behaved Parrot by Mattie Sue Athan, Michele Earle-Bridges (Illustrator) . Lots of practical information on working with your parrot to have the best companion possible.
